How do I clean my memobottle?
We recommend washing your memobottle with warm water and vinegar or using our specialized cleaning tablets. They are not suitable for dishwashers unless specified on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Can I put hot liquids in my memobottle?
Our Tritan range is designed for cold or room temperature liquids only. For hot beverages, we recommend using our Stainless Steel collection which offers thermal insulation.
